Poggio Solatio, oil ”PIZZIHINO”

Quality, territorial identity, food security, these are the watchwords in Tuscany in the food industry.  During the event, Food and Wine in Progress held in Florence, we made some focus on certain products of excellence.

The oil ‘Azienda Agricola Poggio Solatio product is enhancing the features typical of the area of Impruneta, Florence, arising from a deep knowledge of the area.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP, a blend of oils derived from olives harvested with correct ripeness, in the territory of Impruneta, Florence, Italy.  It tastes fresh and firm with scents and sensations of wild herbs.  Harmonious and elegant taste, bitter and spicy with a hint of artichoke, typical of the climate characteristics of the territory of impruneta.

These products represent a cultural heritage of flavors, crafts, knowledge that shows the importance, for Tuscany, the quality at the table.
