The Poderaccio, located in the hills between Chianti and Valdarno Superiore, covers an area of 9 hectares of forests, meadows, olive groves, vineyards and a large vegetable garden. His apartments are built in a farmhouse of the ‘700 which renovations is finished in 2012.The house was renovated philological recovering the original architectural details, creatively reusing materials of demolition and using green building products and local supply chain.
The farmhouse Poderaccio promotes environmental quality by reducing energy consumption, rational water management, reduction and recycling of waste.We offer healthy food made with ingredients from organic farming and attentive to local gastronomic traditions.
The Extra Virgin Olive oil comes from olives of the Poderaccio. The cultivation are typical Tuscan as Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Pendolino, is an olive oil of superior category obtained directly from olives and using only mechanical procedures.
